Both apartments – on the ground floor and on the 1st floor – have the same quality and facilty but different allocation and sizes of rooms.

There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment with full-comfort for 4 people. There is a couch in one of the rooms for 2 more person comfort. Great TV-s (LED / smart) installed in each room.

We provide full WiFi coverage on gigabit network.

1st floor apartment: 2 large rooms – one has a terrace, a smaller kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

2nd floor apartment: a large rooms with a terrace, a smaller bedroom, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning system is installed.

We can provide a traveling bed and high chair for small children. If you want a different layout, we can add an extra bed in the rooms.

Kitchens are fully equipped with: modern, demanding furnishings, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, coffee / tea maker, gingerbread oven, pots, cups, cutlery, detergents and cleaning devices.

The panoramic terraces equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Smoking areas also marked out there.

Towels (small and large), bed linen, liquid soap, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning equipment are also prepared for our guests.

We offer free parking in the yard and providing a remote control for the automatic gate.

Smart-home solution controls heating, air conditioning and make possible remote control of lights and gates.

In the garden there is possibility for grilling, bacon cooking and cooking, all of which is provided free of charge - including wood and charcoal.
